Karin has served as a Trustee of the Parasol Foundation Trust for over ten years. Alongside this, Karin is actively involved with the Gibraltar Dyslexia Support Group. She is currently Vice Chair having previously held many roles and responsibilities.

Together with her husband, Karin founded Gecko Technology Partners with a focus on video conferencing. The company has grown to be one of Google’s largest partners globally and Karin now oversees finance for the entities in the different jurisdictions.

In her spare time Karin is a very keen equestrian, participating in events throughout Andalucia.
