Ronelle is an Advisor for The Parasol Foundation Trust where she coordinates various charitable projects around the world.

Ronelle is the Chief Operations Officer at Recognise Bank, a new UK licensed bank focusing on SME lending.

Previously, Ronelle held roles as Senior Operations Coordinator and Senior Financing Coordinator with Rivendell Global Real Estate (in which she led the closing of over $400m in debt under complex government programs and established a comprehensive master insurance programme for the entire $600m portfolio and almost 3000 units). Other responsibilities included management and oversight of residential and commercial building operations, responsibility and creation of company procedures, oversight of corporate compliance and risk management.

Prior to taking up the above roles, Ronelle was a Captain in the Israeli Air Force serving in an elite intelligence unit as well as running search and rescue helicopter operations.

Ronelle earned a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration with a GPA of 90 from Tel-Aviv University and The Open University of Israel.
