Sarah is a Senior Advisor to The Parasol Foundation.

She is a strategic communications and trusted PR professional with extensive experience gained in global PR agencies and international business.

Sarah provides communication counsel and support for the Foundation’s varied charitable projects and partnerships and manages several of the larger relationships with the V&A and Imperial Health charity.

The principal aim of the Foundation to empower women through its focus on greater education and career opportunities resonates strongly with Sarah as she has worked in the engineering sector to change the perception of the industry and increase uptake of STEM. She has worked with female entrepreneurs to promote their ideas and secure public recognition.

Sarah was previously Head of Marketing Communications focused on water and environment issues for a leading FTSE 250 global design and engineering company. From there, she built a successful freelance portfolio supporting clients in managing long-term capital schemes and examining the future of working practices in the major study, Work After Lockdown.

Across her career her work has spanned multiple sectors, health, the arts, engineering and higher education, public and private sector and charities.
